We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and with original tags.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping Cost
If you wish to return your order, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
This includes:
- The original delivery shipping cost.
- The return shipping cost.
Customers may return their items through one of the following options:
- Returning the item through one of our branches, or
- Sending the item back via a courier/shipping company.
All shipping and return expenses are fully covered by the customer.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.
If the item is:

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different product is to:
- Return the original item first, and
- Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The same conditions apply:
- Item must be unused
- In original packaging
- With tags
- With proof of purchase
Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- The refund will be processed within 10 business days.
