We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be unused and unopened.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping Cost

If you wish to return your order, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

This includes:

  • The original delivery shipping cost
  • The return shipping cost

Customers may return their items through one of the following options:

  1. Returning the item through one of our branches, or
  2. Sending the item via a courier or delivery company.

All shipping and return expenses are fully covered by the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

If the item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care items
  • Custom or special order products

We also do not accept returns on:

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Return the item you have, and
  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
